Job summary

NetJets is looking for an Account Executive, Cards to act as a trusted advisor to NetJets Card Holders, using in-depth knowledge of the Card Program to deliver a proactive, high-touch experience that supports retention and renewal opportunities.

You will monitor utilization, coordinate with internal teams, and drive program participation while staying current with product offerings and internal policies to ensure exceptional service and value delivery.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com (a plus).
Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and function as a team member.
Detail-oriented person.

Responsibilities

Drives retention and growth of the Card portfolio by optimizing utilization and renewals.
Identifies opportunities to expand program participation and court higher tiers.
Communicates with Card Holders via phone and email to gather feedback and maintain loyalty.
Keeps informed on industry changes and uses feedback to address challenges with solutions.
