You will lead account strategies with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and outcomes, elevate relationships with C-level executives, and drive value across a broad HP portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in strategic account management and sales.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients.
• Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end P&L management.
• Typically 9-11 years of work experience in account management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute comprehensive account strategies across a portfolio of accounts to achieve growth and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the quarterback of the account, coordinating specialists, services, and resources around a unified strategy.
• Expand share-of-wallet by identifying opportunities across the portfolio and ensuring profitable delivery.
• Promote the full range of offerings to maximize customer value and long-term partnership.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client stakeholders in business and IT.
