Active Interest Media is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive revenue growth for Fine Homebuilding, AIM's premier brand. This role blends strategic account management, consultative selling, and new business development within the AIM network.

The successful candidate will develop integrated programs across digital advertising, print, events, and custom content, while expanding an established client base and uncovering new opportunities with brands and agencies that are not yet

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in media, advertising, marketing, or business development sales.
• Proven track record growing existing accounts and closing new business.
• Experience selling integrated, multi-platform marketing solutions.
• Strong consultative selling skills to uncover client needs and close.
• Experience with digital advertising and agency/brand relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new companies, brands, agencies, and categories with strong potential for FHB and AIM network.
• Build new client relationships across brands, audiences, and platforms.
• Lead cross-network opportunities with other AIM sales teams to create broader client solutions.
• Develop integrated programs across digital, print, events, custom content, lead generation, and sponsorships.
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of advertising partners and understand client objectives.
• Increase share of wallet and move clients to multi-platform partnerships.
• Retain and grow revenue while identifying opportunities for future investment.
• Sell integrated marketing solutions, lead with client needs, and present compelling proposals.
