Job summary

Active Interest Media seeks a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Custom Solutions to lead the development and delivery of integrated advertising programs across its portfolio. You will work with Sales, Editorial, Ad Operations and other teams to turn initiatives into compelling solutions and drive revenue growth.

You will manage the team responsible for custom campaign delivery, coordinate with external resources, and support go-to-market strategies for editorial and advertising

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, custom solutions, or related media marketing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multi-platform campaigns and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with creative/analytic judgment.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and clients on advertising programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated advertising programs across platforms (print, digital, video, email, social, events).
• Collaborate with Sales, Editorial, and brand teams to commercialize opportunities.
• Create advertiser-facing marketing materials (sell sheets, case studies, new offerings).
• Oversee campaign delivery from concept to execution and final delivery.
• Lead and coach the Client Services team for day-to-day execution of programs.
