Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a senior leader to drive the PBM business strategy with accountability for client services goals and objectives.

You will lead account managers, ensure service delivery, and partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to achieve budget and growth targets. This role requires 7+ years in managed care/PBM, strong leadership, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of experience in PBM/managed care.
• Pharmacy Technician license or national certification desired.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to manage customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote and manage the PBM business line with responsibility for client services goals.
• Lead a team of account managers to meet service delivery and growth objectives.
• Ensure delivery against service agreements and budget and manage client relationships at executive levels.
