Job summary

Xylem Milpitas, CA is seeking an Executive Sales Representative to sell products, services, and solutions, focusing on post-sale satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will engage new and existing customers, deliver quotes, and present demos to drive recurring business and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include CRM-based forecasting, staying current on tech, and leading webinars and events to generate opportunities. Travel is extensive locally and occasionally out of state.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 4–7 years of sales experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred for advanced opportunities.
• Experience in high purity and wastewater applications.
• Familiar with ERP and CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively locally and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business.
• Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to customers.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and retention.
• Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting.
• Stays up to date on company and customer technology to be a trusted partner.
• Conducts sales presentations and product demos.
• Facilitates new customer engagements (Webinars, Lunch & Learns, Trade Shows).
• Extremely complex sales of products and services; evaluates solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
