Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop new business and manage client relationships. You will provide service to clients and participate in team sales with other producers and support personnel.

The role includes coaching staff in new client sales and account service, building relationships, and developing business plans. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and appropriate licensing, with a preference for professional designations.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing OR Bachelor's degree, GSIP participation and insurance licensing OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients (small to mid-size).
• Provides service to clients, retaining them as clients and participates in team sales with other producers.
• Mentors staff in new client sales situations and account service.
