Encore Fire Protection is seeking an Account Executive to deepen relationships with our existing customer base across the East Coast. You will manage renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in sales or account management, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales/account management or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint to track activity and support proposals.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Self-starter with a team-first attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined book of existing customers with focus on expansion, retention, and referrals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and locations.
• Own the renewal process, tracking contract terms and dates.
• Source and track bid opportunities tied to your accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for customers.
