Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking activity.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-account management.
• Self-starter with team-first attitude and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined book of existing customers with focus on expansion and retention.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across systems, locations and services.
• Own renewals, track terms and dates, engage early to renew.
• Source and track bid opportunities tied to accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor and main contact for customers.
• Collaborate with service, installation, operations to ensure smooth delivery.
• Build and coordinate proposals with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot.
