Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1:1 ratio meaning one year of college equals one year of directly related work experience in sales.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with solution and value-based selling.
• Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA and PHI as per laws and policies.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate customer and prospect meetings to identify and sell Exer’s Employer services.
• Analyze organizational charts to uncover decision makers and buying centers.
• Develop value propositions through research on prospects by persona and industry.
• Coordinate multi-level engagements and close plans with Department Leadership.
• Conduct meetings using various technology and maintain a clean sales funnel.
