Job summary

Beacon EmbeddedWorks is seeking an Account Executive to manage assigned customer accounts from our Eden Prairie, MN facility. This role focuses on growing Beacon’s wallet-share while serving as the main interface between the customer and Beacon, with strategic planning and high-visibility programs.

You will report to the Vice President of Global Sales and work in-office in Eden Prairie, MN. The starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 plus commission incentives, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in account management or similar role in the electronics industry.
• Ability to effectively bring together internal resources to create and deliver winning solutions.
• Proven skills to establish schedules, timelines, action plans, budgets and project tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts by representing Beacon’s team externally with clients and internally by working with team members in various supporting positions.
• Effective day-to-day client communication as it relates to current and upcoming projects.
• Oversee costings and pricing to achieve margin targets; lead internal project teams.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Proactively identify opportunities and engage viable clients regularly.
