Beacon EmbeddedWorks in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to lead presales, translate customer requirements into Beacon solutions, and drive design-win opportunities through technical discovery and solution architecture.

You will collaborate with BD Directors and distributors, produce technical proposals, assist with quotes, and support customers from initial conversation to final design. Travel up to 30% is required; base salary starts around $100,000 with commissions.

Competenze

BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
10+ years in embedded hardware/software design or field applications.
5+ years in customer-facing presales or sales engineering.
Experience translating requirements into technical solutions.

Mansioni

Lead technical discovery to understand application requirements across power, thermal, I/O and lifecycle needs.
Translate requirements into Beacon solutions and articulate their value.
Develop solution architectures and write proposals and statements of work.
Provide inputs to quotes to ensure accuracy and margin protection.
Collaborate with operations on BOM changes and component selection.
Plan customer evaluations and drive proof-of-concept builds to win designs.
