Job summary

sg360° is seeking an Account Executive to collaborate with the Sales Representative to deliver a superior client experience. You will ensure accurate project specifications, timely delivery, and clear communication across internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities include reviewing order updates, coordinating with production, and maintaining opportunities in Salesforce and Technique. Minimal local travel may be required to support client meetings and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Direct Mail manufacturing processes (Digital, Sheetfed and Web/Inline) and related services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Review order management updates and communicate changes to production teams.
• Initiate customer contract requests and assist with implementation after award.
• Attend preproduction meetings to relay client requirements to PM/CSR.
• Respond to production facility inquiries on behalf of client/Sales Representative.
• Travel as needed for client-facing activities and meetings.
• Manage client job grids and maintain client/account information in Salesforce/Technique.
