The Account Executive will work with the Sales Representative to deliver a superior client experience, ensuring accurate project specs and timely delivery while maintaining strong communication across the organization.

Responsibilities include coordinating with production, preproduction meetings, contract management, and post-delivery invoice review.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Direct Mail manufacturing process (Digital, Sheetfed, Web/Inline)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in graphic arts customer service or sales service
• Familiarity with USPS postal requirements

Responsibilities

• Review order updates and communicate changes to production teams
• Manage contract requests and ensure adherence to negotiated terms
• Participate in preproduction meetings and relay client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to meet deadlines
• Enter/update opportunities in Salesforce and maintain client data in Technique
• Support client-facing activities and travel as needed
• Review invoices for accuracy and assist in pricing coordination
