Qualifications

• 4 year degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of strategic account management experience; chemical sales a plus.
• Formal sales training or equivalent consultative sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; CRM/database experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across diverse personality types; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory of ChemPoint’s most strategic accounts (high volume, high revenue).
• Forecast demand, address competitive situations, and implement marketing plans to grow key products.
• Collaborate with Industry Representatives on secured accounts.
• Identify customer needs and use financial analysis to tailor solutions.
• Conduct targeted prospecting using available resources.
