Job summary

ChemPoint LLC in Bellevue, WA and The Woodlands, TX seeks a Market Developer who acts as a technical product specialist to secure new business in the Plastics & Elastomers market. You will identify opportunities across end markets through formulation consultation and proactive campaigns.

You will guide campaigns, support product lines, train sales teams, and collaborate with Product Managers to drive growth while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Science or technical degree required from a fully accredited four-year institution.
• 3+ years’ sales, industry, or product experience in a relevant focus area.
• Proficient with PC/Windows operating systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted sales campaigns with project specifiers and technical/R&D personnel to identify and refine value propositions.
• Achieve customer-focused solutions and define objectives, resources, and plans for product line growth.
• Provide technical support after new business is transitioned to Account Representatives for ongoing maintenance.
