Job summary

Flam is building the next generation of AI-native content formats that transform passive customer touchpoints into humanlike visual interactions. As a Sales Executive in San Francisco, you will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive adoption of Flam’s platform with leading brands.

You will collaborate with marketing, strategy, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, create proposals, and forecast revenue while educating clients on MR, WebAR, and immersive

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales or business development experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, brand marketing, and campaign metrics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
• Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Identify client needs and consultatively recommend Flam’s MR solutions.
• Present campaign ideas and demos tailored to each client’s brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Educate prospects and clients on mixed reality, WebAR, and AI trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
