Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• Experience designing and shipping digital products, preferably B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise products, or complex web applications.
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Experience translating complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design and prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in AI for automating design workflows and building prototypes
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership, problem-solving ability, design rationale, and measurable product impact.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make thoughtful design decisions with limited direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A product-first mindset with a balance of user empathy, business understanding, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design: drive discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and delivery.
• Simplify complex workflows by translating business logic and user needs into intuitive experiences.
• Design scalable B2B experiences across dashboards, workflows, and tools for business customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, founders, and stakeholders.
• Drive product thinking by understanding user behavior, objectives, and metrics.
• Establish design systems with reusable components and guidelines.
• Prototype, validate, gather feedback, and iterate on product experiences.
• Maintain high design quality across usability, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.
• Take ownership of design initiatives from concept to launch.
