Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience.
• Led complex renewals and pricing discussions.
• Translate financial information into clear recommendations.
• Engage confidently with senior client and consultant stakeholders.
• Exhibits sound judgement under pressure and ambiguity.
• Understands economic and operational realities of PBM delivery.
• Strong digital and AI fluency for complex judgments.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year account strategy for assigned clients.
• Serve as the executive-level contact for client leadership.
• Lead renewal strategy and negotiations with underwriting, legal and finance.
• Develop and present pricing, guarantees, and solution design recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities aligned to client goals.
• Leverage analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance.
• Provide direction to internal partners and escalate risks as needed.
