Job summary

Drake Cooper is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead one of its largest client relationships in Boise. The role is hybrid and requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

You will own client partnerships, guide marketing priorities, and oversee a small account team while balancing service quality with profitability. This senior position calls for initiative, strong relationships with senior clients, and mature judgment to manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive account management or client services experience in an integrated marketing/advertising agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior client relationship and set the direction for marketing initiatives.
• Oversee and develop a small account team, manage revenue and forecasts, and ensure high-quality client service.
• Balance client needs with the financial health of the relationship and agency operations.
• Provide mentorship and strategic judgment to account talent.
