Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, ID seeks a Strategic Alliance Director to lead a quota-bearing sales team, BD/Rs and solution consultants to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

You will develop sales strategy, engage C-level executives, and build pipeline while collaborating with Marketing to tailor campaigns. Maintain executive relationships with prospects and clients to translate bookings into revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven record of exceeding sales goals/quotas.
• Ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives.
• Experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to contract).
• Experience working with boards and leadership to shape strategy.

Responsibilities

• Win new business to meet quota.
• Develop and execute sales strategy for the team and market.
• Lead sales pursuits throughout the cycle as needed.
• Build pipeline by leveraging networks and relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns for territory.
