Cengage Group is seeking a Strategic Account Director in the United States to own senior-level relationships and multi-year revenue with leading institutions. You will lead complex contract negotiations, forecast growth, and align initiatives across CU, EA, and IA models to maximize institutional value.

In this role, you will develop strategic plans, manage renewals, and drive expansion while collaborating with Sales, Success, Channel Partners, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes.

Formación

• BA or BS degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of successful experience in educational or enterprise-level sales.
• Proven ability to own and complete strategic account plans with long-term revenue accountability.
• Strong background in high-level negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex contract negotiations with senior academic and administrative leaders (provosts, CAOs, finance, procurement).
• Own the overall account strategy and forecast for each institution in the territory with multi-year growth plans.
• Identify opportunities and drive renewal, expansion, and upsell aligned with customer objectives.
• Develop financial models to demonstrate ROI of CU benefits for each institution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of institutional programs.
