Job summary

Impetus, a digital engineering partner, seeks a seasoned Director of Strategic Accounts in Charlotte to own and grow key BFSI client relationships. You will drive multi-year plans, executive engagement, and delivery alignment across data, cloud, analytics, and AI-led transformations.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise software or consulting sales
7+ years managing large BFSI accounts with multi-million deals
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, pipeline expansion, and account penetration
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategic account planning with executive sponsorship.
Drive multi-year revenue growth and optimize gross margins.
Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and partners to deliver complex engagements.
Develop ABM strategies and expand opportunities across the client organization.
