Wipro Limited is seeking an Account Delivery Head to lead seamless delivery of projects within the account, ensuring governance, client satisfaction, and optimal resource allocation. You will drive delivery structure, monitor SLAs and audits, and manage governance across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes engagement with clients, quarterly business reviews, and opportunity identification across solutions to grow the account.

Qualifications

Program Management experience required.
More than 10 years of delivery management experience.

Responsibilities

Drive and deploy account/project delivery structure by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement.
Ensure 100% compliance to project SLAs, information security protocols and other contractual obligations.
Monitor internal/external audit findings to prevent major non-compliance or SLA deviations.
Ensure adherence to program/project charter regarding schedule, quality, and cost.
Drive account health across projects with the quality team to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Engage with client to identify opportunities to deploy multiple solutions within/across SLs and strengthen value proposition.
Plan and conduct Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with client leadership to drive improvements and expand portfolio.
Design, monitor and share account performance dashboards/reports with clients.
Review MIS/reports to track project/account delivery and address operational risks.
Resolve project escalations and revenue leakage risks; monitor revenue allocations/realization.
