LOCATION - this is remote opportunity with 50% travel Nationwide
SALARY RANGE - $90-105K
Position Summary
Key team member that covers customer accounts led by Strategic Account Manager. Communicates regularly with customer on account needs, growth opportunities and issues. Utilizing account management experience, monitors customer escalations, determining best course of action to address issues in a timely and effective manner and engages cross-functional team as appropriate. Leads customer projects, coordinating communications with vendors and field operations contacts to define service and schedule. Partners with Customer Experience and Field OPS team to ensure accurate, appropriate and timely responses to customer inquiries and issue resolution. Travel with field managers and clients field leadership to visit problem sites and determine corrective actions needed.
