Job summary

Visa Acceptance Solutions is seeking a senior sales leader to manage a portfolio of indirect partners across North America. You will drive growth, retention, and strategic expansion through executive relationship management and cross-functional collaboration with product, strategy, and client services teams.

The role requires significant travel and alignment with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of Visa solutions and achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or 5 years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• Proven track record managing and growing strategic partner relationships in payments/fintech.
• Strong ability to engage with executive stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships for Visa Acceptance Solutions partners.
• Develop growth plans to increase wallet share and revenue retention.
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to improve partner experience.
