Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior professional to lead onboarding, core and upskill programs within its Academy. The role emphasizes driving participant proficiency, delivering diverse learning modalities, and aligning with the bank’s client-centric strategy to foster responsible growth.

You will partner with leadership to orchestrate Academy activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage communications that promote engagement and program success across the organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in programs or projects with planning and delivery responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose gaps and implement learning solutions.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate expertise into practical learning experiences.
• Experience designing strategic and operational initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Leads Academy initiatives with planning, execution, and milestone tracking for business outcomes.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams and drives strategic initiatives within the Academy.
• Supports leadership with planning and communication to promote awareness and alignment of priorities.
• Identifies gaps, develops action plans, and coaches participants to complete training programs.
• Manages outreach, logistics, and access to technology for Academy activities.
• Partners with content design teams to feedback on curriculum and programs.
