Job summary

You will onboard new hires, mentor staff, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of training experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of classroom or on the job training experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor and influence employee at multiple levels.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions for both new and existing employees.
• Conducted onboarding and new hire training programs.
• Served as a SME providing guidance on policies, procedures and best practice.
• Experience developing and delivering content.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions.
• Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses.
• Measures progress against ongoing success measures and updates stakeholders.
• Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalated issues.
• Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks.
• Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution.
