Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Five years of related experience required.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Develops strategic Academic Program recruiting plans for SHP in support of undergraduate and graduate admissions.
• Collaborates with SHP Academic Program Recruiters and Directors to define enrollment objectives.
• Utilizes recruiting metrics to evaluate recruitment needs for each academic program.
• Maintains up-to-date recruitment data to identify trends and update plans.
• Assists with development and execution of student recruitment and retention events.
• Collaborates to maintain knowledge about SHP programs to recruit a diverse student body.
• Creates targeted communication plans based on enrollment objectives.
• Serves as co-adviser for Student Ambassador and Emerging Leaders programs.
• Develops programming for high schools and community partners to expose students to health care careers.
• Identifies and maintains partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admissions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
