Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in 3PL, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive retention.
• Strong understanding of freight transportation including FTL, LTL, and other solutions.
• Experience managing customer expectations, coordinating shipments, and resolving issues.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, TMS, freight platforms, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor and manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Quote freight and negotiate rates with customers and carriers.
• Coordinate with carrier sales and operations to cover loads and meet delivery commitments.
• Track shipments and provide proactive status updates to customers.
• Resolve service issues, claims and billing questions quickly.
• Review account performance and identify opportunities to grow business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across modes (FTL, LTL, flatbed, drayage).
• Hold regular business reviews with key customers.
• Keep customer and shipment information accurate in CRM and TMS.
• Work with sales on new opportunities and customer visits.
