Job summary

DeKalb Regional Medical Center in Fort Payne, AL, is seeking a Pharmacy 340b Analyst/Auditor to perform analysis, audits and special projects for the 340b program. You will help develop monitoring protocols and ensure internal controls across contract and in-house pharmacies.

The role focuses on weekly and monthly audits, reporting findings to pharmacy leadership, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while supporting education and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management or similar field preferred.
• Registration with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• PTCB and/or ICPT certification preferred.
• 340b University Certification or ability to complete within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly 340B audits of contract and in-house pharmacies.
• Develop and update 340B program reports detailing volume and financial metrics.
• Verify adherence to 340B program guidelines and policies.
• Assist with development of monitoring protocols and internal controls.
• Cross-train with other 340B platforms and EHRs.
• Attend trainings and conferences as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
