C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance function in a 24/7 manufacturing setting. You will oversee mechanical and electrical upkeep, drive improvements, and manage a team of technicians across shifts.

Responsibilities include budgeting, capital projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and quality standards. A strong background in electrical/mechanical systems and debugging PLCs is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of web handling processes; flexographic printing, lamination and slitting processes.
• Hands-on electrical 3-phase wiring, installation and repair up to 480 V; strong electronic repair skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues; PLCs and drives knowledge is highly desirable.
• Excellent oral and computer communication skills; ability to work with others and solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Prioritize and assign work to maintenance staff.
• Mentor and motivate the maintenance team; provide training and development.
• Manage department budget and capital expenditures; equipment evaluation and purchasing.
• Coordinate work with outside vendors and engineering consultants; manage bids.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment across shifts; ensure SOP compliance.
