Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities at a 24/7 plastic bag manufacturing facility in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on safe, reliable operation, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement, supervising technicians and contractors while collaborating with Production, Quality, and Safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field; experience considered.
7+ years in industrial maintenance with 3+ years in leadership.
Experience in plastics manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, budgeting, and project management skills.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach maintenance technicians and supervisors; foster safety and accountability.
Develop staffing plans for 24/7 operation coverage.
Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to improve OEE.
Maintain and troubleshoot bag converting, winders, chillers, and plant utilities.
Coordinate installation of new equipment and spare parts inventory.
Ensure OSHA compliance and contractor safety requirements.
Develop and manage annual maintenance budget and vendor performance.
Analyze downtime, MTBF, and MTTR KPIs.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering on maintenance and upgrades.
