C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance function, drive 24/7 reliability, and optimize equipment performance. You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and compliance across shifts.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical expertise, PLCs, and hands-on floor presence for repairs and improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 15+ years in maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role leading maintenance functions.
• Experience with web handling, flexographic printing, lamination, and slitting processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to maintenance staff.
• Mentor and motivate maintenance team, provide training and development.
• Manage department budget and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and engineers; supervise contractors.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid production disruption.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Ensure SOPs and safety regulations are followed across the plant.
