Role

The Strada Application Support associate will process, analyze, research, validate, and support the tasks related to the Strada Platform modules, or other applications that the team support, for the client’s employees according to the client’s service level agreements. This individual will assist in the correction and resolution of the issues reported and monitor and escalate all systems-related errors that could prevent the client's employees from using the applications.

Responsibilities

  • Support, providing in-house technical support for Strada Platform modules and other application under the scope of the team
  • The tasks also include the support of Production systems; this role might require availability outside of regular business hours.
  • Analyzing, prioritizing and resolving faults to resolution.
  • Resolve tickets according to SLAs and escalation procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve software application issues accordingly to available procedures and methodology.
  • Capacity to understand / analyze a problem and propose resolutions paths.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained
  • Proactively keep informed, outside internal training, of latest technology trends
  • Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned
  • Good infrastructure administration skills integrating networking, systems & monitoring solutions, IT related software and general IT maintenance skills.
  • Proven capability of supporting software and application technical problems.

  • Minimum demonstrable work experience of 3 years in a similar role

  • Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and customer
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Salary Pay Range

Minimum

72,200 USD

Maximum

114,500 USD
