ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Communications expert to lead internal communications for the food program across multiple business units. You will plan and execute communication initiatives, drive employee engagement, andDevelop compelling content including videos and infographics for diverse channels.

The role requires strong writing/editing, stakeholder management, and a passion for great food and hospitality within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, public relations or a related field preferred
• 1-3 year experience in internal communications
• Passion for great food and hospitality
• Strong verbal, writing and editing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, strategic and customer service skills
• Team player with sound judgment that welcomes feedback

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize and execute internal communication initiatives for the food program
• Lead local and regional engagement activities through communication, activation, programming and events
• Develop and execute communication plans to engage employees
• Write, edit and produce content including videos and infographics for digital channels
• Review and edit internal communications for accuracy and tone
• Drive development of new content and experiment with delivery channels
• Foster community partnerships with local farms and vendors
• Maintain communications platforms to relay the client’s story across business units
