Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow the Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and precast stormwater product portfolio. You will act as a field-based technical expert, working with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue growth and market adoption.

The role focuses on positioning Oldcastle Infrastructure as the preferred stormwater solutions provider, influencing specifications, supporting projects, and delivering proven,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• 5-7+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure.
• Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe or precast stormwater systems.
• Strong knowledge of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention and treatment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop account-specific strategies for RCP and precast stormwater.
• Influence owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to specify Oldcastle Infrastructure solutions.
• Review and manage specifications with engineering and product teams.
• Prepare technical, value-based presentations for engineers and public entities.
• Read drawings and assess system requirements for optimized layouts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions.
