Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow our Reinforced Concrete Pipe and precast stormwater portfolio. This field-based technical expert will work with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive revenue growth and market adoption.

The role focuses on positioning Oldcastle as the preferred stormwater solution provider for conveyance, detention, retention and treatment systems by influencing specifications, supporting projects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 5-7+ years in technical sales, applications engineering, or civil infrastructure engineering.
• Direct experience with Reinforced Concrete Pipe, precast stormwater systems, or related products.
• Strong understanding of stormwater conveyance, detention, retention, and treatment applications.
• Proficient in presenting to engineers, municipalities, DOTs, developers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify growth opportunities for RCP and precast stormwater products in partnership with Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to influence asset owners, engineering firms, municipalities, and DOTs to specify Oldcastle Infrastructure solutions.
• Review, develop, and manage customer, municipal, and agency specifications with support from Product Engineering and Product Management.
• Track and manage specifications and their status across the territory.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and project plans to recommend compliant solutions.
