• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• EI (Engineer Intern) certification at time of hire is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Review site development permits and capital projects for UDC and watershed model compliance.
• Prepare written comments and coordinate with engineers of record to resolve stormwater concerns.
• Review earth-moving permits and plats for stormwater compliance.
• Maintain plans, files, and models; participate in DRC meetings for pre-submittals.
• Review development plans for stormwater compliance and service level impacts; provide technical comments for hearings.
