• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Lead the analysis and preparation of drainage reports for diverse projects including open channels and stormwater infrastructure.
