Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. seeks a motivated Stormwater Project Manager to expand stormwater and NPDES compliance services in Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. You will lead inspections, manage SWPPP programs, and coordinate with clients and field teams on permit-to-project integration.

The ideal candidate has hands-on NPDES experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop new market opportunities within a nationwide support framework.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years experience performing NPDES stormwater and/or SWPPP inspections on construction or maintenance projects.
• Working knowledge of NPDES permitting requirements and erosion and sediment control BMPs.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform NPDES stormwater compliance inspections and reporting per permit requirements.
• Conduct, manage, and audit SWPPPs to ensure permit compliance.
• Review construction plans for ESC effectiveness and practicality in the field.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, and project teams on inspections and corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports, logs, and regulatory correspondence.
