Job summary

Torrent Resources, a CRH company, seeks a Stormwater Maintenance Technician to join our field team. Under supervision, the Stormwater Maintenance Laborer performs such tasks and duties as are necessary for cleaning stormwater structures and systems including but not limited to drywells, envibro systems, treatment systems, and stormwater inlets.

The position also supports the repairing of stormwater structures as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Confined space work capability and adherence to safety protocols.
• Punctuality, reliability and consistent work performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all daily tasks are completed in a safe manner.
• Removing trash, leaves, sediment, and other debris from stormwater drainage systems.
• Collaborating with team members to accomplish daily tasks.
• Following Confined Space Entry protocols.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Assisting in daily work documentation.
• Performing system repairs as necessary.
• Other duties as needed.
