Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil engineering, hydrology, and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of surveying, drafting, design, and inspection.
• Knowledge of civil construction materials and methods.
• Knowledge of wetlands and regulatory permitting (Waters of the United States).
• Skill in analyzing data and preparing clear reports.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.
• Ability to apply hydrology and hydraulics standards and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage watershed studies and capital projects from initiation through completion.
• Review flood studies, plans, floodplain permits, and regulatory submittals for compliance.
• Perform contract administration: budgets, payments, modifications, closeouts.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and modeling for drainage studies.
• Generate and analyze data related to stormwater planning using GIS.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and stakeholders.
