City of Winter Springs is seeking a hands-on supervisor to schedule inspections, maintain, and repair the City’s stormwater infrastructure. As a crew lead on job sites, you will guide field personnel, ensure safety protocols, and coordinate with the Public Works Superintendent.

You will oversee daily Stormwater Maintenance Team activities, plan work orders, monitor quality and productivity, and maintain records. Candidates should have strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading field crews in stormwater maintenance or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, maps, and basic construction documents.
• Knowledge of stormwater systems, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
