Butler, Fairman & Seufert, Inc. seeks a project manager to independently oversee construction and municipal stormwater compliance projects, including planning, fieldwork, regulatory review and reporting.

You will ensure CSGP and MS4 compliance by applying local ordinances and state and federal rules, coordinating with clients, regulators, and staff, and managing schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with public audiences.
• Solid understanding of NPDES Clean Water Rules and Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage MS4 and CSGP compliance projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory reports, inspection records, and project files.
• Conduct site inspections and review SWPPP documents.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and staff to meet deadlines.
• Develop water quality educational materials and programs.
