Job summary

City of Chandler is seeking an Environmental Services Program Coordinator in Chandler, AZ. This full-time role focuses on stormwater compliance and environmental programs within the Environmental Management Division, supporting city operations and regulatory requirements.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of regulatory or environmental experience, with respirator fit testing and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of regulatory compliance or environmental management experience.
• Pass a respirator fit testing within 6 months of hire or promotion.
• A valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical and regulatory compliance guidance to City departments with a focus on stormwater management.
• Implement, maintain and monitor the City’s environmental compliance programs including MS4 requirements.
• Ensure City operations comply with Federal, State, County and Local environmental regulations.
