Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; knowledge of stormwater management beneficial.
• Preferred: degree in environmental sciences or engineering with strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Perform BMP inspections and enforcement for stormwater facilities; document findings.
• Maintain BMP database, update ArcGIS layer, generate reports, and conduct QA/QC.
• Conduct Dry Weather Outfall Screening and investigate illicit discharges; document in Cityworks/Salesforce.
• Provide IDDE training and public education per MS4 Program Plan; update materials as needed.
• Assist in outreach events and develop materials for social media and community education.
