Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in Ocala, FL. You will respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through restoration options and help secure funding for repairs.

Travel to storm-affected areas, canvass neighborhoods for new leads, and work with insurance adjusters to ensure the best outcomes. A valid driver's license and ability to climb roofs are required; 40+ daytime hours weekly with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to utilize technology (phone and computer apps) for fieldwork.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle transportation.
• Comfort working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process and providing funding options.
• Generate sales leads via neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damage areas to identify roof and property damage.
• Climb roofs to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and act as advisor.
• Provide estimates, funding options and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
