Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will respond to warm leads, visit homeowners, conduct roof inspections, explain restoration options, and guide customers through the funding process.

You will canvas neighborhoods for new leads, travel to storm-affected areas, and work with insurers and adjusters to secure favorable outcomes. We offer paid training, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of utilizing technology (smartphone apps) and gathering/analyzing information.
• Able to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Able to work outdoors, including walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to assess roof and property damage.
• Present findings to homeowners and educate on restoration options.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters for the best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements/contracts from homeowners for roof restoration.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication.
