Job summary

Best Choice Roofing in Roanoke, VA is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, guide homeowners through restoration options, and secure agreements. Flexible Saturdays, paid training, and earning potential between $63k and $120k after training are highlighted.

You will canvass neighborhoods, meet with homeowners, coordinate with insurers, and join a driven team focused on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required
• Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof inspections
• Guide customers through the restoration process and provide funding options
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
• Serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners and present findings
• Provide estimates and collect payments where required
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters to achieve best outcomes
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
